Re-enable inactive/disabled iEmail add-in
See instructions below to re-enable iEmail (will work for other addins)
Before following steps below first close and reopen Outlook and reboot computer. If issue persists see below.
- In Outlook click File > Options
- Within Outlook Options select Add-ins and look for Csi.iEmail.Outlook.COMAddin
- If iEmail addin is listed under Disabled Application Add-ins select Disabled Items in the Manage drop down menu and click Go...
- Select iEmail addin and click Enable then Close
- iEmail addin should appear under Inactive Application Add-ins, in the Manage drop down select COM Add-ins and click Go...
- Tick Csi.iEmail.Outlook.COMAddin and click OK
- iEmail should now appear at the top of the Outlook ribbon, if not close and reopen Outlook
