How to book RCPA meeting rooms
- Within Outlook open Calendar window and under Home tab click New Appointment
- Click on Scheduling Assistant
- Click Add Rooms..., double click the meeting room/s you wish to book and then click OK
- If added correctly the room will appear in attendee list
- Click Appointment button in ribbon
- In order for greater visibility all College room bookings must include the RCPA Calendar as a participant. Click To..., search for RCPA Calendar, double click RCPA Calendar (ensure option appears in Required-> field) and click OK
- From here you can add relevant participants, amend invite time/date, add meeting context in body. Once finalised click Send to complete booking
If the booking does not appear in relevant room calendar this can be caused by a conflicting booking. If you require further assistance please raise a
ticket.
