How to book RCPA meeting rooms

How to book RCPA meeting rooms

  1. Within Outlook open Calendar window and under Home tab click New Appointment


  2. Click on Scheduling Assistant


  3. Click Add Rooms..., double click the meeting room/s you wish to book and then click OK




  4. If added correctly the room will appear in attendee list


  5. Click Appointment button in ribbon


  6. In order for greater visibility all College room bookings must include the RCPA Calendar as a participant. Click To..., search for RCPA Calendar, double click RCPA Calendar (ensure option appears in Required-> field) and click OK




  7. From here you can add relevant participants, amend invite time/date, add meeting context in body. Once finalised click Send to complete booking
If the booking does not appear in relevant room calendar this can be caused by a conflicting booking. If you require further assistance please raise a ticket.
