Unable to click on Start or Time/Date button

Unable to click on Start or Time/Date button

Issue: Users unable to left-click on Windows Start button or date/date on taskbar.
Solution:
  1. Right-click Start button  and select Windows PowerShell (Admin)


  2. Copy and paste below command into PowerShell and press Enter

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}



  3. Command will run as below, some may appear same as below and some line items may appear in red. If in red disregard


  4. Once completed reboot PC and try clicking on Start button or time/date button on taskbar. If issue persists email rcpaticket@rcpa.edu.au
